reasons for nosebleed?
My nose has been bleeding frequently for the past few weeks.
I had two in June, because I was on vacation in a dry climate.
I had one when I came back home, and where I live is VERY humid.
I’ve had THREE this week, two on Monday morning and one tonight (Friday night). The one tonight was heavier than the rest. (gross part: There were large clumps of blood coming out). It lasted more than 10 minutes. The blood is coming from far back in my nose.
_I’m not a cocaine user.
_I’m not a hemophiliac.
_There’s no reason for my blood to be any thinner than normal.
Any reason my nose could be bleeding so frequently?

The most common reason for this is because capillaries in the nasal lining are very close to the surface, and some capillaries end up reaching the surface and then blood just empties into the nose. The easiest way to deal with this is to see a doc so they can cauterize the capillary. The doc touches the area with a chemical solution or gives it a little spark of electricity and that’s all there is to it, but it sometimes takes a second treatment.
