i would like to start an exercise routine i can do in my living room on a mini trampoline. any ideas?

Flips and jumping jacks
You selected a great exercise to ask about. According to Albert E. Carter in The Miracles of Rebound Exercise, “Rebound exercise is the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man.” I’d highly recommend you check out a book called The Fat Flush Fitness Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman and Joanie Greggains. Rebounding is their preferred form of exercise and you’ll learn a lot of great information about it. To list just a few exercises, you could walk bounce, flat bounce, march bounce, and do a high bounce.
