How to combine weightlifting with kickboxing?

I have kickboxing practice each tuesday( 19:30), Thursday(19:30) and Saturday ( 15:00)..

I want to be hot and lean but I also want to know how to fight…

So when do you it’s best to place the weightlifting sessions?

I mention that I am a beginner at weightlifting…

    You have almost the same schedule I have.

    Mon: cardio (intervals)
    Tue: kickboxing
    Wed: no training
    Thur: kickboxing
    Fri: weightlifting
    Sat: cardio (intervals)
    Sun: weightlifting

    If you’re doing Muay Thai kickboxing, you’ll do a lot of bodyweight exercises during class anyway, so you won’t lose out in building strength.
