what exercise shall i do to have nice abs?
i started going to the gym
the woman there told me i dont have a lot of body fat and that i can show results
what exercise shall i do in order to make nice abs?
i dont want to be very very muscular just to have nice looking abs
plus i would like to have a nice chest
any workouts?

First, do NOT worry about becoming “too muscular”: that’s just not going to happen unless you spend a huge amount of time in high-intensity exercises…. you have to REALLY work hard to become “too muscular”!! So, just put this concern out of your head: it won’t happen.

and see diagrams, descriptions, reasons and such, directly!! There are tons of great ab exercises described and pictured quite well here.
The best seems to be the “bicycle”, the “captain’s chair” or “L-sit” (which you can do anywhere: you don’t need a special piece of equipment), exercise ball crunches (twist to get your obliques developed better – same for all exercises, really!!), raised leg lifts, holds and crunches… the Nautilis machine ab-worker is pretty good too, if your gym has something like this.
As for pects (chest muscles), pushups of various kinds, chin-ups, “fly” machines and that sort of thing are all quite good.
