Well I do cardio for an hour a day. Ride the stationary bike for an hour 3 times a week. And I run for an hour 5 days a week. I don’t eat a lot of sweets or anything bad for me! Haha I’m going on a cruise in mid-march and i don’t like how my hips stick out like that.. Btw I’m only 14.

You have to have the bone structure for your thighs not to touch. I know a friend who is kind of overweight and her thighs don’t touch at all. It’s so weird, yet I have another friend who is supper skinny and her thighs touch. You can tell which one is skinner, I mean my other friend looks great. She’s so fit, but her thighs touch because her mom’s does as well. And my overweight friend’s dad has a bone structure so his thighs don’t touch no matter how much he weighs. It’s so weird…
If you need an online exercise and diet plan to tone up and lose fat, try the Fat X Workout and Diet program. It’s a 12 day fat burning and fitness program you can cycle as many times as you want. These exercises will help you with your love handles.
Ab Twist
1. The Ab Twist will really work your side obliques. While lying on your back, extend your legs in a 90 degree angle. The key to this exercise is to keep your stomach muscles engaged.
2. Twist your body at the waist in a slow controlled motion…. go all the way down but don’t touch the floor. Don’t cheat! I’m watching you!
3. Come all the way back up to the starting position, and repeat in the opposite direction.
Remember
Slow and controlled motions for this exercise. If you do this correctly you will feel your obliques getting tight…. don’t worry because this is a good thing.
This exercise should be done in 2 sets of 15, with one cycle counting as one.

Ab Ball Twist
1. This exercise is a beast…. when done correctly. For this illustration I will use a basketball, but you are free to use any ball you like.
2. The key to getting the most out of this exercise is to keep your feet from hitting the ground. From a sitting position bring the ball across your body in a “twisting” motion. This exercise really targets those obliques. Try to twist as far as you can and switch to the opposite side…. don’t forget to keep those feet up!
This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 15, with one cycle counting as one.
Heal Touch Oblique Exercise
1. This is one of the best exercises you can do to target those love handles. It’s a simple exercise, but it’s very effective. While you are almost in a lying position…. the key is “almost” because this keeps your core muscles engaged.
2. Then all you do is simply touch your heal on each side. It may seem easy, but it’s a real beast when you finally make it to that last rep!
You will here me say “change your workout routine” very frequently on this site. This will help you reach all of your fitness goals much quicker.
Hope this helps you!
