How much muscle mass can I gain?
admin | Jan 16, 2013 | 3 comments
I am 18, 6 feet tall, 225 pounds with 18% body fat. I’ve always been pretty muscular, and always weighed significantly more than people my age, even heavyset people. I exercise regularly, but do not weight train So, my question is how much more muscle mass (roughly) can I put on naturally, without supplements or PEDs? Would I be able to get up to 240-250? Thanks!

You can put on at most 2 pounds of muscle a month i believe but maybe even more if you have damn good genetics. So yes it is possible but for it to be all muscle expect it to take you a year.
to be honest mate, it just depends, without knowing you it’s nearly impossibly to say because everyone genes are different.. weight 225 without training and 18% bodyfat.. at age 16 is very muscular, many adults don’t even ahcieve these stats after years of training.
You definastely are genetically gifted, and you probably can make it into the football draft if you train hard, although at aged 18, I think the college draft is already complete?
You should be able to get up to 250lbs and lower your bodyfat on a programme like starting strength, and even kettlebell workouts
