till u start to feel the burn
Two sets of 50 every day
Good question
Do it until you feel it hurting, that’s when your body is gona produce the muscle.
Try to start out at 30, but set a new goal every week.
If you have fat on your stomach, no amount of crunches or sit-ups will get rid of it. For that, you need to diet and do aerobic exercise.
look dude it just doesnt happen overnight so get over it
i would say about 100-150 a night
20 is usually a limit for good abs, unless youre looking for a 6 pack, then around 60 should do it. but you will lose it again unless you keep it up even after you get nice abs.
u have to lose the weight before gaining muscle. crunches help you gain muscle but you’re really not focusing on the weight loss. i would get into some high routine cardio workouts. but i can tell you right now the last place you will lose it is your stomach.
its not really a set number a night. as your stomach gets stronger you will need to do more and more to stay in shape/make your muscles more prominent.
so really just do as many as you can, its great when you “feel the burn” keep going as long as you can it will help build up your stomach faster
ok…situps is not the best way 2 get a 6 pack….if u do em wrong u’ll ruin your body!!…….when u do situps u dont work your abs hard enough…..Id suggest seeing a personal trainer for help……then he’ll teach u how 2 get a six pack
JUst do many as you can until you fell the burn… just make sure you dont rush or do too many! you dont wanna pull a muscle or get pain. About 50 is perfect every night. Just make sure you drink some water after, it will help.
Much more then how many. Eating a propper diet and exercise everything else. But for me it’s about 750 per day
Few here and a few there and it will add up. Start out slow with 25 and my advice is do crunches not sit ups. Sit ups is bad for the lower back.
You DON’T need to do 100′s of crunches a day to see results. Simply do 3 sets of 8-15 reps so about 45 crunches and 45 situps a day.
So many people can have six pack abs, in fact you probably have one but you don’t know that because you can’t see it. The thing with abs is that no matter how hard you work them, you wont be able to see the packs because there is fat covering them. Even a THIN layer of fat can make your abs not look firm. The key to dealing with this is to include cardio to burn the fat and use ab workouts to firm the muscles but you won’t be able to see them until you get rid of the fat covering them.
i would also that you suggest doing other types of ab workouts there are so many options and you can simply type in “ab workout” in google to help you.
I noticed that you said you already have a flat stomache, yes your stomache may be fat but like I said even the THINIST layer of fat can have an effect on your abs so keep the cardio going and you will shed that fat.
Hope this helps, bye.
It depends on your body type- also it’s not always how many but if they are quality cruches. Make sure to do a variety of crunches to target all your abs, and feel the burn- when you sit up hold it for a second or two- you can also add resistance with medicine balls. I guarantee you will see more results- Good Luck!
Need to do Cardio to lose the weight.
Then crunches with weight will build your muscle fast (need weight to get the 6-pack, won’t happen with simple crunches).
Eat well, exercise and strength train and they will come.
Well, it depends on how big and strong you are. I’m 12 and I usually do around 70-100 a night. Now say you’re 18, I say you should probably do about 150- 200 a night. It may sound like alot, but eventually you should get abs. Another thing you could do is try to do as many as you can until you just can’t go anymore. This is also a good thing to do with push ups, though that obviously does not give you abs. Another exercises you could do is lie down flat on your back, lift your legs up about 10-12 inches, and hold it there for a count of 10. At 10, hold your legs up as high as you can for a break ( 3 seconds) and do that until you feel you have done a good job. Make sure you are on carpet or hardwood, or any hard surface as on a bed it doesn’t`t work. I`lle also post some sites below on how to get better and stronger abs.
Good Luck with Your Goal.
