crunches, bicycles, leg raises, set ups, obliques, get your body fat below 10% so you can see the muscles.
Come work out with me baby.
…..no, work out with my mom. She killed me the other day doing ab workouts…just do crunches and side crunches…make sure to give support to you neck.
Abs of steel, with Tamilee Web! It is most fun with friends
LesterMount is exactly correct , Although i would add bridges and side bridges to work the tranverse abdominus and the obliques . Try to hold the bridge for at least 30 seconds . WHAT A BURN YOU”LL GET .
Yahoo image Plank pose, side plank, and reverse plank from yoga studies. If you can support your bodyweight using your core muscles you’re set. Takes a while to master but then you have the power!
work with me, I do at least 500 ab movements per excersise.
50 regular situps
50 “90 degree” crunches
50 side crunches on each side (100)
50 leg raises ( put legs together and raise up and down, start at least 6″ off ground and don’t touch ground)
50 bicycle crunches(l/r)
50 flutter kicks( raise legs at least 6″ off ground and keep them straight out and move legs up and down, put hands under lower back for support)
10 atomic situps( lay down on back and put your legs 6″ off ground, now do a situp without legs touching ground, and lay back down without letting legs touch ground.
50 crunches( with heels in close to your bottom)
40 “scissors”,( put legs off ground about 6″ and then pullthem apart.)
25 regular situps
50 more side crunches
25 more crunches
good luck!
