most spots heal anywhere from several days to several weeks. However, if your tribe has already lasted longer than that, there is a reason for concern. An acute fracture is always a concern go in a cup in young women. But as we know, based on your job, you have a lumbar sprain, and I will answer the question of a lumbar sprain. The standard treatment of musculoskeletal pain in nonspecific low back can “parent” of the peace for a period of two days and begin resuming activities as soon as possible that pain. However, your activity is higher than most people, I would like to start some of your most demanding activities easier before. I recommend you start with some simple exercises to practice at your own pace and jumps, kicks, etc. If things go well, some progress Tumbling one or two days later. As long as you’re not in pain more or postscripts later in the day, I think it is reasonable to begin, return to the growth of your practice. Your doctor may also recommend Tylenol.
