Recommended readings appear at the end of the book provide resources for further investigation.
The text also includes case studies for each state. These cases from clinical practice, participants, shows how scientific research and clinical experience in the development of an informed program of care for each patient to combine. Case studies follow a certain format, beginning with an overview and a subjective objective assessment plan (SOAP), report, followed by a training program and follow instructions in selected cases.
