After running barefoot in the millions of years into the civil society, human beings invented shoes. But the British “Nature” magazine published a recent research shows that moderate running barefoot feet forward to help shape a healthy way of conducive to musculoskeletal health.

Institutions such as Harvard University, researchers investigated the long-running United States and Kenya’s feet touch the ground situation. The results showed that those long-running shoes, most of whom are the first with the heel touch the ground, and those who frequently barefoot running, most of them before the feet touch the ground with the first.

The study found that in the ground heel first case, even wearing a cushion running shoe, the foot can also be subject to impact to reach the body weight 3 times. However, the first foot forward to land the former case, because after the ankle tendons and joints and other places, the effective buffer, the impact force will drop to only about 60% of body weight level. Because of this impact the long-term effects may lead to stress fracture, or soles of the feet fasciitis, the researchers believe that the way before the feet touch the ground more healthy.

Harvard University researcher Daniel Lieberman said that in ancient times human beings may require a long barefoot running to chase prey, which evolved out of the corresponding foot structure, so people run barefoot if modest might feel more comfortable, which is also conducive to bone muscle health. But the researchers also noted that, due to hard objects on the ground barefoot may be subject to harm, not the people on the proposal to abandon running shoes.
